For students Nuvvo offers free courses posted by volunteering individuals on a freely accessbile LMS. Go to www.nuvvo.com and click on e-learning market in order to see the offerings. Of course there is not credit of big institution name associated with these free courses but if what you want it try online learning via an LMS at no cost, this is a good try. If you have something you can offer, author your own course. It might be more fun than you think and others will be appreciative of your willingness to share.
