A big thank you to Yu Shen who for years has been a source of inspiration, standing for what he believed in, and providing hope for millions of Taiwanese.
| Through his writing, his activism, and the media, Yu Shen has helped mold his generation and achieve change in Taiwan. The best evidence of his contributions, however, is not in numbers but in the moving accounts of countless individuals that approach him in book-tours, meeting throughout Taiwan, and via e-mail. It is the cheers and the teas that speak the loudest!
Yu Shen, for challenging and inspiring me. Thank you! Remember this as you now struggle with, and continue to overcome, the depression demons... your life is not only worth living, it is worth living to the fullest

Yu Shen is a well known Taiwanese writer. If you read Chinese check out his ground braking writings which are not only fun but also the subjects of scholarly study!
Note: as you peform searches for Yu Shen Shu on the web you might have to also search for Yu Shen Hsu as his last name is often mistranslated by the media.
